Employees of the Year 2018 at Renaissance Villages
At the end of each year, Renaissance Villages take time to recognize an outstanding employee at each location. The employees we select work hard in depicting the Renaissance Lifestyle in all they do.
Jessica Alvarez-Hluz
This year, Renaissance Village Rancho Belago congratulates Jessica Alvarez-Hluz, Concierge, on winning Employee of the Year.
Jessica shares that receiving the award came as a shock. “I don’t do the work for the recognition. I do it for the residents,” Jessica said. “Because if it were my family, I’d want the best care for them too.”
Jeanette Alfaro, Med Tech, also shares that Jessica is always helpful and is a great employee. “She always helps make things easier,” Jeanette said. “She’s always willing to help out, even on the weekends.”
Diana Gonzalez, Business Office Manager, is also happy for her right-hand person to win Employee of the Year. “She works hard. When I coach her on customer service situations, she always takes criticism well and applies it,” Diana said.
Jessica, you are a wonderful employee. We appreciate the hard work you do in serving our residents and families.
Julianne Park
Renaissance Village Murrieta congratulates Julianne Park, Server, on winning Employee of the Year.
Receiving this award also came as a surprise to Julianne, but she's thankful to receive it. She shares that she’s blessed to work with the residents and employees here. “The residents have helped make it a great experience,” Julianne said. “A huge thank you goes to my mother because without her I wouldn’t know about
Renaissance Village.” Shanel Williams, Server, shares that Julianne winning Employee of the Year is not a surprise. “She’s a very bubbly person. She’s also a hard worker and the residents love her,” Shanel said. Shanel shares that Julianne always does the best she can. She works hard to make sure residents are comfortable and satisfied.
