Resident Ambassador Program
Moving into a new place can be intimidating or scary, but it can also be fun and exciting. When you move into Renaissance Village Murrieta, you join the Renaissance Villages Family. This community is your home, and we encourage you to treat it as such. To further welcome and embrace new residents, we’ve created the Resident Ambassador Program.
What is a Resident Ambassador
The Resident Ambassadors welcome new residents and come alongside them as they get adjusted to their new home. Resident Ambassadors act as tour guides around the assisted living community and invite them to the various activities throughout the week. They also sit with new residents at meals and help them get acquainted with other residents. They serve as a liaison between our management team and new
residents. Resident Ambassadors can answer questions they may have.
Linda shares that they’re able to offer incoming residents their perspective of the community because they’ve already experienced everything. In addition, they can answer questions and provide help to their fellow residents.
“Our goal is to make each resident’s transition to the community as stress-free as possible. We want everyone to feel at home from the minute they walk in,” Ashley Percia, Director of Community Relations said.
Lauralee shares that the Resident Ambassador program is great for both current and new residents. The relationship allows current residents to get to know new residents and vice versa. Resident Ambassadors also make an effort to encourage residents to get together for activities and outings.
Residents can easily spot Resident Ambassadors around the community. Each resident wears a Resident Ambassador name badge. They are all happy to assist you and answer any questions you may have.
